Don't miss the annual meeting for Colorado Evaluation Network (COEN)! Wednesday, December 2, from 6 to 8 pm at McREL International, 4601 DTC Blvd., Denver 80237.
This event is free, but please register so we know you will attend in person or webinar. (Please forgive this message if you've already registered.)
We will begin with a special presentation:
“Crafting Powerful Reports and Presentations: Impactful Ways to Improve Communication in Evaluation” Kelci Price, Director of Research and Evaluation, the Colorado Health Foundation
How evaluators present information matters – it can make the difference between whether an evaluation study changes the world or gathers dust on a bookshelf. Presenting complex information in understandable and actionable ways is an absolutely core skill for evaluators, but one which doesn’t tend to get a lot of attention. Recently, there has been a renewed interest among the evaluation community around the importance of great reporting. Would you like to understand how to better communicate your evaluation results? Are you interested in learning some concrete strategies for how to structure content and visuals that will make your stakeholders sit up and take notice? This presentation will give you approaches you can use in your very next report, and will introduce you to ways of thinking about reporting that will increase the impact of your work. Join us to learn about how to create more impactful reports and presentations!
After this compelling presentation, you will meet the new COEN Board members, hear about progress of the past year, and highlights of upcoming presentations. And, of course, you will be able to meet your evaluation peers.
It will be great to see you!
