These meetings are informal, with a specific topic, facilitator, and practice-building purpose to guide discussion. They are intended to let you share with and learn from your colleagues and grow in the profession.
From 5:30 to 6:00 we will gather, introduce ourselves, and get coffee or dinner at the counter if you wish.
At 6:00 we'll start our program: Effectively Engaging Stakeholders in Evaluation
What does this mean? How do you do it? Why is it important? What difference does it make?
How are you effectively engaging stakeholders when designing your evaluation plans, questions, selecting methods and designing tools? You have opportunities to effectively engage stakeholders in designing evaluations, developing tools and methods, during data collection, when interpreting data, and when making meaning of findings and developing recommendations. Are you missing out on any of these opportunities?
Attend the COP led by Cassandra O’Neill, who works with organizations to increase the effectiveness and outcomes of stakeholder engagement to increase impact. She loves helping organization increase their collective intelligence and shared leadership through meaningful engagement based on recent neuroscience findings and liberating structures. www.lliberatingstructures.com
