COEN's January Community of Practice Meeting
Wednesday, January 30, 5:30-7:30 PM
Topic: Client Conundrums!
Facilitator: Cassandra O'Neill
These meetings are informal, with a specific topic, facilitator, and practice-building purpose to guide discussion. They are intended to let you share with and learn from your colleagues and grow in the profession.
From 5:30 to 6:00 we will gather and introduce ourselves.
At 6:00 we'll start our program: Client Conundrums!
Join us for a discussion on client quandaries, conundrums, successes, and breakthroughs. Prepare to share and takeaway new ideas about how to work collaboratively with clients even if they “disagree” with something about the evaluation or experience “evaluphobia” (fear of evaluation). Bring your stories, questions, and ideas.
Cassandra O’Neill (Leadership Alchemy www.cassandraoneill.com) works with organizations to increase the effectiveness and outcomes of stakeholder engagement to increase impact. She loves helping organization increase their collective intelligence and shared leadership through meaningful engagement based on recent neuroscience findings about how our brains work.
This session is appropriate for everyone! Please bring your questions and insights to share from your own evaluation experience. Also bring a colleague!
We'll be mixing it up in terms of venues and types of Community of Practice events, so keep an eye on our announcements. Would you like to facilitate a future meeting? Reach out to us with your idea at Colo.Eval.Network@gmail.com and let's chat.
