Join COEN for a free, virtual Community of Practice where we will leverage each other's knowledge, expertise, and creativity through a small group problem-solving and rapid feedback exercise. Informed by the Peer Assist model, this session will be comprised of small breakout groups where participants can choose to share an evaluation challenge, barrier, or goal that they would like input on. Challenges and goals can be specific or general and related to content, skills, situations, and more. The group will then collaboratively brainstorm ideas for the individual to take away and apply in their practice. Collaboration tools will provide the opportunity for those outside your group to weigh-in on the discussion too!
