Please join us for COEN’s Annual Meeting with Special Guest and Speaker Kat Athanasiades from the Center for Evaluation Innovation. Kat is Senior Associate at the Center and focuses on evaluating and improving learning routines in complex spaces, such as advocacy, network development, and systems change efforts, and she brings her expertise to evaluation capacity building.
Kat has written and presented on evaluation and research engagements such as coalition and network assessment, immigration reform, and the state of nonprofit evaluation in the US. Kat previously worked at Innovation Network and was part of the impact assessment unit at the Ford Foundation, where she supported their evaluation and continuous learning programs. Kat holds a graduate degree in international affairs from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree in sociology and anthropology from Swarthmore College. She will be discussing her recent work and the Center’s efforts to organize philanthropic strategy, learning, and evaluation in service to racial justice.
